• Covers the cost of repairing the product if it breaks down due to a mechanical or electrical failure.
• Covers the cost of replacing the product with a new equivalent model if it cannot be repaired, or if the cost of repair is greater than the cost of replacement.
• Extends the manufacturer’s warranty of an appliance to a total of up to 5 years from the date of purchase.
• The extension could either be:
a. 1 year - for brown and white lines
b. 2 years - for brown and white lines
c. 4 years - for white lines, except microwave ovens and vacuum cleaners

LIMITS OF LIABILITIES
The total value of all repairs or replacement made to a customer product shall not exceed the retail purchase price paid of product. Under no circumstances shall coverage extend to any loss or damage to a person or property for any incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages.
