Robinsons Appliances Photo Contest

General Guidelines

1. The photo contest is open to all amateurs and professional photographers in the Philippines only. Anyone with a digital camera, either a SLR or a point-and-shoot camera, can join the contest.
2. The theme is “Graduation Day Unforgettable Moment.” Any photos capturing any situation are applicable.
3. Submission of entrees is open from March 1 to 31, 2010.

How to Join?

5. All participants are required to completely fill out the Photo Contest Registration Form available at any Robinsons Appliances stores nationwide or may be downloaded at www.robinsonsappliances.com.ph photo contest page. Incomplete entry will be disqualified.
6. Each photo entries should be printed on an 8R size matte photo paper with the participant’s information written at the back of the photos:
   • Complete name
   • Address
   • Home/office number
   • Mobile number
   • Email address
7. Each participant may send a maximum of three (3) photo entries.
8. Participants should enclosed in a big brown envelop the following:
   • Photo entries
   • Fully accomplished photo contest registration form
   • CD of the unedited /original photo – in JPEG file format*. CD should be labeled with the participant’s name.

     The brown enveloped should be addressed to:

     • Subject: Robinsons Appliances Photo Contest
     • Address: Robinsons Appliances Marketing Services Department, 110 E. Rodriguez Avenue, Libis, Quezon City 1100

        

9. Entries may be submitted to any Robinsons Appliances stores nationwide or through mail not later March 31, 2010. Email submission is disqualified.
10. All participants will receive an email confirmation from Robinsons Appliances Marketing Services once the entry has been received.

Voting

11. A maximum of 10 entries will be chosen and will be featured in the photo wall of Robinsons Appliances stores and Robinsons Appliances web site (www.robinsonsappliances.com.ph)
12. Voting will start from April 1 to 31, 2010. This will be done through any of the following:
    • Voting at any Robinsons Appliances stores nationwide.

      Voters will be requested to fill out completely the Photo Contest Voters Form found at the customer service.

    • Voting at Robinsons Appliances web site (www.robinsonsappliances.com.ph)

      Voters will be required to fill out complete the Photo Contest Voters Form found at the Photo Contest Page.

13. All votes will be tallied by Robinsons Appliances Marketing Services on May 7, 2010.

Announcement

14. Announcement of winners will be on May 14, 2009 and will be posted via the store posters and Robinsons Appliances web site (www.robinsonsappliances.com.ph)
15. The winner will be notified through telephone and/or email by Robinsons Appliances Marketing Services. This email notification will be used as proof for claiming the prize from the designated Robinsons Appliances store.
16. The winner may claim the prize within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification at the designated Robinsons Appliances store. The winner is required to present the following:
    • Two (2) valid identifications (SSS ID, GSID ID, School ID, Office ID, Driver’s License or Passport)
    • Photo copy of the valid identifications
    • Print out of email notification
17. Minors, 18 years old and below, must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian who must likewise present any valid ID.
18. Prize not claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Appliances.

Conditions

19. All entries shall automatically become the exclusive property of Robinsons Appliances and may be used, copied, reproduced and/or reprinted by Robinsons Appliances into any size or medium for whatever purpose. Contest participant further allows Robinsons Appliances to use his/her name and/or image/picture/likeness without limit in conjunction with his winning entry.
20. Prizes are not convertible to cash
21. All participants must be the owner of the photo. If proven otherwise, the entry shall be disqualified and the prize shall be forfeited in favor of the next winner of the low ranking.
22. Any controversy that will arise from any of the photos, the participant who submitted the said controversial photo entry shall take full responsibility of any issues from which and absolves Robinsons Appliances and any of its representatives from any legalities involved.
23. All photo entries shall not be used in any other similar promotion/photo contest for a period of one (1) year starting on the first day of the contest.
24. The winner would agree to appear as on-camera support for production of advertising/publicity effort for one (1) year starting the date of announcing of winner.
25. Robinsons Appliances employees are disqualified in the photo contest.
